The prices are valid for stays between the 1st of November, 2006 and the 28th of February, 2007.

• Accommodation for two persons in a house with a salon with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace
• Our houses are fully equipped with bedding, towels, table cloths and kitchen utensils.
• Each room is equipped with an electric heater plus a wood burning stove in the salon.
• The country houses (Cortijo Lagar de Luisa) also feature air conditioning in the salon with heating and cooling capabilities.
• The houses offer Sat-TV, radio and DVD player.
• The local taxes are included in the prices.
  
  

• Electricity (the cost per KW hour is 0,11 Euro aprox.)
  
• Firewood for the stove.
• House cleaning and linen change (at least once a week at a cost of 12 Euro).

• The minimun stay is one month (30 days).
• Your stay, based on availability, can begin on any day of the month.
• Upon making the reservation, a deposit of 600 Euro must be paid. This will be refunded , after the electricity and firewood costs are deducted, on your departure day.
• For stays of one month or 45 days, the entire period must be paid upon arrival.
• For stays of two months or more, the first month must be paid on arrival and the following months on the first day of each corresponding month.
